The Westin Galleria is probably one of the nicest Westins anywhere and has a great location within the Galleria mall, making it convenient to shopping, dining, etc. The staff was impeccable!

My hotel room was fully renovated, but it did not have a clock anywhere, and the TV was finicky. Sometimes the TV allowed me to view channels, other times it did not. Plus the fridge NEVER stayed cold. It was warm. Luckily for me, I had my travel lunch box to keep my medication cold and I used the ice from ice machine. Then I paid extra to have the "cub room" benefits... benefits WHATEVER! The hors d'oeuvres that used to be decent were just packages of pretzels, sweets and old fruit. Their breakfast was good.

Awesome hotel

It is always superb and the staff is awesome. Always stay here when in Dallas. Easy to get to and close to the airport.
