It was nice and quiet. But the lady at the front was rude. She left me wanting for a while and it was almost 4am n I was so sleepy and saw me there and just left me there waiting till she feel like it.
The hotel closed down the Friday before my stay, and I was never notified. They moved my reservation to the Sonesta ES Suites next door, and I was not made aware of that until a package was delivered to that location for me. I went to pic it up and was informed that the hotel next door no longer exist and I was supposed to be staying there.
The saving grace is that Majorie was great, and things wound up working out.
My stay at Sonesta was a fine experience. The service at the front desk was friendly and informative. The hotel did have a significant cigarette smell, covered with cleaner, and it was not the most inviting aroma. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, two things that I extremely appreciated. I did have an awkward encounter with a gentlemen in the hallway without a shirt on, who seemed disoriented, but it was midnight and he looked to be staying at the hotel and possibly intoxicated. Checkout was super easy, as I simply dropped my key in the box at the front desk and greeted the hotel associate. The hotel is in a great location, and there is a security guard monitoring the parking lot. I would rate my stay 7/10. I probably wouldn't recommend this location to anyone between the ages of 21-30 on a business trip, I would recommend to a couple 40 and over, or a family with teenage kids. Looks grat on photos, is a bit outdated in person and is very dimly lit, decent stay.
Overall I was very pleased with my stay there. Once I walked in the lobby the view inside was better than I expected. I loved the openness of the lobby. I like the fact that there was plenty of space to park within the property and that there are businesses all around within walking distance. Once I got in the room everything was neat/clean, there was plenty of towels and everything was sealed or wrapped so you could tell what had been sanitized. Only thing I didn’t like was that I could only use the shower since the tub didn’t have a curtain. If you have kids and no curtain then you know there will be water all over the floor. I was told housekeeping wouldn’t clean until after I checked out, but if I needed anything to let the front desk know. On the morning I was supposed to check out, the housekeeper walked in my room and realized I was still there and rushed out. But she came back 3 more times hours before my check out time. Every time she sounded like she was trying to rush me out of the room. I had returned from my outing that previous night around 3 am and was tired, I did not appreciate being woken up that many times by housekeeping. But besides that incident, I enjoyed the place and would definitely go back again if I’m in the area. I just hope the same housekeeping situation would not repeat.
Quiet, peaceful, stay with a large room/suite and comfortable bed. My second stay there and we will go back.

Huge Room - Needs Some Love
So, Lia at the front desk was awesome. Gold upgrade, early in, late out all no problem. The parking was easy and free. CVS shares the parking lot. The place was decked out for Chrismas and the main floor looks nice and upscale. Three glass elevators running up the center of ten floor facility are a good look. Full bar & resturant on the 1st floor too. Pool is indoor/outdoor w/ hot tub. As soon as you open the door to the room you are transported back in time. Not all bad. The rooms are HUGE. Mine had a conference table and eight chairs, pull out sofa, full kitchen, guest bathroom and a tiny TV in the living area. Seperate bedroom with seperate thermostat was also large. The master bath is outfitted with a tub and seperate stand up shower. Master bedroom TV was a tad bigger but no more than 40". Ceiling is popcorn texture, fixtures barely work, drains run slow, everything looks late 70s save the wallcoverings likely hiding even uglier stuff. Still, for the money, you can do far worse.
The hotel is not clean. The room Was very dark and outdated. Raides that not clean. And our sheets were stained with blood (so disgusting) when we called the front desk they just came and changed it, without even an apology for the inconvenience. I do not recommend this hotel, stay away!! Don’t know how it has so many good reviews
The hotel was nice and clean. Few negative things are double beds too small (full instead of Queen size) and breakfast too expensive for what they offer. We still had a good stay
Check in wasn’t what I expected. Although we were greeted by a seasoned employee, she stepped away to let a new hire attend to us. The new hire was extremely slow and it seemed to take about ten minutes. We eventually get up to the room and the key cards don’t work, so we had to go back downstairs to get them activated. I was expecting excellent and friendly customer service based on all of the reviews I ’d read. The room is nice for the price and I love that the water in the shower gets extremely hot!
