The staff were positive and supportive. The night shuttle driver was awesome! We unfortunately didn't get to stay long enough to get breakfast, but coffee was available for our 6 am lyft. The 6 am shuttle did seem to fill up really fast so we opted to do ride share. The hotel is very close to Love Field.

Perfectly fine if you need a basic place for a quick stay (and this morning's desk clerk, particularly, was notably kind and helpful even as the whole staff struggled with a new and unwieldy software program for checkins and checkouts)--but be aware that for an "airport hotel" advertising shuttle service, it's only one shuttle van per hour (at the :00 mark) and it's limited seating, first come first serve to reserve when you check in. Just be forewarned that that may not be directly conducive to your flight timing.
