This was a lovely place. My only critique was that our room smelled of cigarette smoke. It was not overpowering, but it was enough to notice. I also wondered if this property used to be apartments that were converted to a hotel, so it's possible that the smoke smell came from a long time ago and just lingered.

Won't stay again.

Staff was great. The room had a horrible smell and the repairs to room were not good quality. The air conditioner wasn't working very well. I wouldn't stay again. They didn't keep the outside clean.

The pictures were a little deceiving. You could tell where they tried to make updates. We had to change rooms because the A.C. was broken. In the second room our neighbors were so noisy. Between the barking dog, crying baby, and banging on walls we got no sleep. The location was convenient and that was about all we enjoyed.

The place misrepresented itself on Expedia because it’s more of an apartment building with weekly rates and not for tourists. The outside aspect is run down and dirty throughout with trash. There was a heavy smoke smell outside that penetrated to the rooms. Room was clean and free from roaches- but had a broken lamp shade, broken office chair and unbalanced dresser with cardboard under the corner.

We chose this property because it was on the trolley route for a baseball game. Family of 4, we stayed 3 nights in a king suite. Clean and plenty of room. I loved the counter space and full kitchen amenities: full size refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker and toaster, dishes, pans, and utensils. I didn't use the stove. My boys said the pull out couch was comfortable. I loved the soft towels and water pressure, that's a plus. We liked that the bathroom vanity was separate from the restroom only wish the actual restroom was bigger, it was a little small. We only used the pool once, not very big but my son had it all to himself. We would definitely stay again.

The property gave real unsafe let me hurry to my room vibes. People hanging outside of the rooms in the walkway. Loud music, smoking….not to mention the tv didn’t work in my room, no phone in the room…no desk chair…Stained bedding….thin walls I could hear everything going on next door. I couldn’t wait for the night to be over. I wouldn’t recommend.

Way different from what was seen in the pictures 😞 The entire place was not kept up! The people next to us were making noise all night & smoking marijuana!! The smell penetrated our whole room-very disappointed with our overall experience-we checked out after 1 night & drive home-did not feel safe or comfortable at all😨

There was no ATM for petty cash. Poor Staffing. We left and came back to check in. Only one CHECK-IN Clerk and 20 folks in the small lobby. It was a NFL game that weekend and they weren't prepared for the rush. There was only noneCHECKOUT Clerk as well.

Room smelled of strong marijuana and was not fully cleaned. The dishes in the kitchen and kitchen was dirty. No hot water only warm and cool. Shower and tub was broken. Bathroom sink was broken. Mismatch door knobs. Dirty and stained towels.
