I had a problem with the toilet and I informed the front desk and they told me they will take care of it, I also asked for towels and they said no problem, so I left thinking it was going to be ok, wrong.. When I got back late that night I saw the problem was still there and still NO towels. So I call the front desk and after waiting for 10 minutes a young man name Amari told me that I can go and pick up the towels and get the plunger to fix the toilet. The next day I talked to the manager (Alexia Prez) and she told me we give you the tools to fix the problem and refuses to do a refund of my money.
I hope someone can do something about this because I don’t want anyone else to experience what I experienced.
