Terrible customer service! The manager Jay, was really rude and didn’t apologize! He needs to be trained better!

Loved everything about this property. When I arrived I was surprised that this hotel was located in a very good location with ample parking. Also found that the hotel looked new or recently upgraded because everything in the hotel and room was clean and well maintained .
There is Extended stays right next to it .
Highly recommend it to friends and families .

It was super outdated but clean. The hotel room only had one ceiling light and the rest were lamps. Theres no complimentary tooth brushes. We accidentally dropped a toothbrush on the floor and they told us there was no complimentary ones but we could purchase one for $4.
In regards to staff, the guy who worked there was super nice.

Friendly staff, and clean rooms. Only down side is just an outdoor pool. Cheaper room rates given, breakfast not included in price, which is fine for us with kids because they usually like something from the kolachie factories.

Stayed 2 nights, flew in from Seattle, the room was decent but unfortunately there were roaches in room 328. Kind of disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included given that the room prices were up there as well.

The facility didn’t have any towels. The assistant manager was very inappropriate and not professional. I asked for the general manager and she refused to give me any information. She threatened to not give me back my deposit as we left. I would advise all people to stay away from this place.

For a 2/3 star property its a 9/10 great sleep quite,convenience store nearby ,parking is safe and ample.only issue coffee machine in room didnt work

Our room didn’t have A/C. We had to move to another room/floor in the middle of the night. But the staff person that was working was very empathetic and helpful.

THE STAFF WAS AMAZING. THE LADY THAT WORKS IN THE am(LIKE 8am - 4pm WAS AWS. WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR AIR AND WITH NO QUESTIONS ASK, SHE IMMEDIATELY PUT US IN ANOTHER ROOM. HER CUSTOMER SERVES WAS THE BEST💯💯💯

Loved this hotel...my only issue was the pet fee was a little of a shock but ONLY because its not listed prominently when you book. Did not detract from the excellent front desk attendants/clerks.
I hate the bed but I love the staff. This place employs the best staff ever

Everything is a 10/10 for me other then when I was checking in around 11pm the staff was kinda rude but upon checkout the staff was amazing

I liked it a lot. Staff was amazing and friendly and Kate was great. Best in room coffee so far. Only reason for 4 star is the bedding. The mattress was not comfortable and too many sheets as cover.
Loved the cleanliness of the property! Very nice hotel, however upon arriving the receptionist was not very welcoming. Other than that the rest of the staff were very friendly and polite!
Clean and great service at the front desk. Lady helping us was very nice. Rooms were clean and new. Drinks and snacks were pretty expensive at the hotel lobby.
