"Poor Management of a Smoke-Free Hotel Despite being advertised as a smoke-free hotel, the property has a serious and apparently unmanaged smoking problem. Upon entering our original room, we immediately noticed a strong cigarette smell. We were moved to another room in the afternoon, which initially seemed fine. However, when we returned in the evening, both the room entrance and restroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke again. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous, but there...

"Overall was good."

"民宿是一個非常漂亮的小院子，有很多花花草草，太漂亮了，一看老板就是很用心的打理，老板還請我們免費喝了當地的普洱茶。房間是納西風格的，非常的漂亮，環境乾淨衛生，服務也很好。"

"직원들이 친절하고 아침조식은 화려하지않지만 정성스럽게 준비했어요. 고궁가기편하고 활동하기편한 숙소"

"The wash machine and dryer is very convenient, close to the lake, good place to watch sunrise."

"Helpful owners,, pretty location, lovely little puppy"

"Everything was great. There is no gym though if that is important to you"

Most importantly the operations and management of the place is very poor. Everyone was all over the place. It was a mess. The team couldn’t manage the guests and it...

"Uniquely designed complex with beautiful gardens. Friendly staff."

"I stayed in the Suite at Hotel Indigo Lijiang Ancient Town, and it was truly remarkable. The suite itself is top-notch: comfortable, spacious, and beautifully designed with local character. From the moment I checked in, the staff's warmth and hospitality were incredible. Unfortunately, a bad hit of altitude sickness meant I was in no condition to enjoy the...
