"Vriendelijk personeel.

Sehr nette Erfahrung"

"Property located in a nice, quiet area. Not very well-maintained building. Gratis parking. The room was nice and clean. AC is a big plus. The bathroom is small. The breakfast area needs to be brought up to date. That day the temperature reached about 40 degrees. The food was served improperly and there were flies all over (including on the food). For some reason AC is not popular in Germany, or the restaurant does not have AC. Think of all the food waiting for guests on a 29-30 degrees...

"Even though we were a bit far from Berlin, we have nothing but compliments about our stay. The area was so walkable and felt very safe. The room itself was incredibly clean and everything worked perfectly. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and very fresh. The bread...

"Good service; helpful staff; excellent breakfast buffet inclusive."

"Everthing! The location is perfect, the food in the restaurant is delicious."

"For a hotel right next to the airport, this place is absolutely superb! There is both a bus stop and an sbon station within about a 5 to 10 minute walk. They lost the star for me here because there is no sauna anymore! That was one of the selling points for me. I never would have booked this hotel if I would have known that it did not have a sauna. I was looking forward to that damn it! Please correct your listing."
