All good note no hairdryers shower water temp low no kettles in room you need to ask for hot water in flask serivce very good food wow a good stay they should drop the 4paso extra for a window room.

My car had a slow puncture due to a nail that had embedded itself on the drive to Dagupan. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help me get it all fixed in under an hour.

Noisy in the early evening. One employee from the check in area is not pleasant. The security guards are very polite, so the handsome guys that brings your luggage’s up stairs. Breakfast personnel’s are polite and kind. Hopefully the water flow in the bathroom sink is very, very poor. Needs re-adjustment of fixing to maybe better flow.

The presidential room that I booked was roomy and updated the bathroom was huge I gave it 10 out of 10. Room service was excellent I gave them 10 of 10. The breakfast dining room I gave it 3 out of 10. They get low scores because they can’t handle the pressure of huge crowds. We ended up with a rude waitress that she spills my food when she served it. She puts her finger inside my glass when she grab it to put water that my husband and I refuse to drink the water it’s grossed, she needs to learn how to hold your glass. And we keep asking her for another cup of coffee she keeps ignoring us it took me 3 times to ask her to give us a simple cup of coffee.

Courageous act

The stay is awesome . Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. One incidence demonstrates the staff quick reaction and bravery , we were locked out of our room and a hotel staff came to our rescue immediately . As the door cannot be opened ( latch accidentally locked from inside ) . We are staying at level 4, The staff went over our friend room who is next door , jumped over the balcony into our balcony , risking his life , went into our room and open the door for us . We are so thankful that he didn’t have 2nd thought and risk his life just to open the door for us

The Best Place To Stay in Dagupan

This was our 6th stay and we intend to make it a more regular place to visit as we have retired. Previously we found that we had to drive out to find good eateries but recent developments have led to multiple options close by.
