"Stayed at the hotel for over 14 days, i was very happy with hotel amenities, upon arrival i was worried because my flight arrival was 12am but he airport service was very convenient and on time.
Customer service was outstanding the staff was very helpful and friendly.
In the restaurant Nicole and Pilar were always very friendly and kind, these ladies made my stayed very comfortable.
the only Suggestion i have for the Hotel is for the breakfast buffet., there was never Fresh bread available and the Natural Juices are out without proper refrigeration."

"Unfortunately, breakfast experience wasn't good, the service from the staff was very deficient make you feel like it is just a compromise to serve. In addition, just one type of milk, can OJ in a tropical country, and third-class portion of fruit. I'm sorry about my opinion, but I visited the hotel years ago and the experience was totally different"
