"All great, room and breakfast and i liked that the hotel adjoined the Milan airport. All great in this huge hotel- except -the night check in guy who saw my age and luggage put me in the furthest away room from the front desk. Felt like a mile with my luggage. Didnt tell me it was that far to carry my own luggage and never offered a porter or trolley. But the morning staff was great- and gave me a trolley for airport use! Thank you!!"
