It was not bad but I would definitely not come back & not recommend this hotel to others.
Pros :
Front desk staffs are good, professional (only when I arrived. When I checked out, they didn’t care if I enjoyed the stay or not)
Restaurant waitress are nice, friendly, caring.
They provide many services such as : car service, motorbike rental, sightseeing trips , … it’s very convenient for tourists.
Cons :
No doorman / bellman so it’s mean when you arrive and leave hotel, you have take care your luggages and open the entrance door by yourself.
When I finished the check out till I went outside to get in taxi, I had to carry all my luggages downstairs while the staff sat outside smoking and looking at us! Is it worth being an 4 star hotel?
Security guards at the basement were as cold as ice. They were never smile.
Very poor customer service!
And about the room, it was an uncomfortable stay the “weird” design of the hotel. The sea view is blocked by “code design” that made us extremely uncomfortable. If you want a nice sea view from your room, please don’t stay here.
When opening the balcony’s window, it was dirty (pic below), I really don’t understand what kind of this design is.
Toilet was not really clean. The towel was torn and old (pic below).
Overall, this is not worth being an 4 star hotel. Uncomfortable, disappointed, unhappy stay. There isn’t any reason for me to come back again.
