이 가격에 이정도 친절함과 편리함을 누릴 수 있다니! 별 다섯개 만점에 별 여섯개 주고싶어요!! 하루만 묵은 내 자신을 후회 할 정도! 공항에서 숙소까지 픽업서비스 좋은 차로 편하게 잘 왔습니다. 공항 내리자마자 환전을 못하고 출발했는데 중간에 계속 트래블로그 카드로 수수료 무료 인출할 수 있는 ATM기기를 찾아 주면서 왔어요. 객실 매우매우매우 깨끗! 살짝 에어컨 냄새가 나지만 심하지 않아서 금방 잊혀져요. 가구와 가전, 소품 모두 가격 대비 훌륭합니다. 티비에서 넷플릭스, 인터넷 연결 다 돼요. 무료 생수 3개 줍니다. 숙소가 너무 청결하고 깔끔해서 나올 때 저도 깨끗하게 정리하고 나왔어요. 가족이 운영하는 것 같은데 주인 사장님 매우매우 친절하고 베트남 엄마 생긴 느낌 ㅋㅋㅋ 그외 직원들도 다 좋아요. 자녀분들도 귀엽 ♡ 조식은 메인 2개 주스 1개! 대 혜자! 미꽝 맛있습니다. 체크아웃하고 커피마시러 가느라 짐 보관도 해주시고, 다른 숙소 가는데 걸어간다고 하니깐 오토바이로 데려다 줬어요. 감동감동! 다음에 호이안 묵으면 꼭 여기 할겁니다. 진짜 너무 좋아요. 여기서 묵으시면 왼쪽에 com coffee n more 꼭 가보세요. 인생샷 백개 건집니다.

The reception staff and owner could not have done more for us for our one night stay. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable with a fridge! I asking distance to the old town with lots of food options on the doorstep. Lovely additions was balcony overlooking the street which was lovely for evening beer and morning coffee! Will come again, and soon!

Of all the places we stayed on our 3 week holiday in Vietnam Square Villa was the absolute best. The staff were kind, helpful and by the end of our 4 night stay we felt like family. The hotel is located a 5 min walk from the main canal area in a lovely quiet street. It was so budget friendly for our Australian family of 4. I wish I could give this hotel 6 stars! Thank you Square Villa!

室内はコンパクトながらセンスが良く、清潔でとても過ごしやすかった。無料のミネラルウォーター、インスタントコーヒーとティーパックがあり、テラスでゆっくりお茶を楽しむこともできた。 部屋数が少なく、落ち着いた雰囲気だったのも気に入った。朝食も複数の種類から選ぶことができ、通常8時からのスタートにもかかわらず、7時からでも対応してくれありがたかった。 主要な観光スポットへは徒歩10分圏内で行くことができ、とても便利。スタッフは皆、朗らかで感じが良く、こちらは拙い英語だったが、丁寧に接客してもらえた。 またホイアンに来る機会があれば、次もぜひここに泊まりたい。

Excellent
Everything was good there. The room is really nice and clean. Morning breakfast were very tastefull. The staff is fantastic, they gave me good advices, they provides services like taxi or trip, always with kindness.The hotel is very close to the old city, near everything you need. I won't forget this place.

Staff amiable, consistently helpful and resourceful. Walkable distance to many shops and eateries. Free bike ride. Amenities: impeccable. Tasty styling in the decor, near high tech room niceties… room service every day… a five star bathroom and on and on It would be a 6 star if there were an elevator in the building

The staff, especially Oanh, are so lovely & helpful! They really want you to enjoy your stay and time in Hoi An and it’s surrounding areas. The hotel is located in a quiet area just a short walk (5 mins or so) from the old town. It’s such a little gem! The rooms are nice, clean & comfortable. The only downside is that there isn’t a lift for guests so if you struggle with steps I would suggest asking for a room on the lower floor levels. Just a 1 minute walk from the hotel is a good restaurant (Boi Com), so if the weather is poor or if you don’t want to head out, it’s a good option. Thank you Oanh for looking after me during my stay!

Excellent place to visit Hoi an
The villa is perfectly located,5 minute walking from Old Town, it was renewed recently. Room super clean and according to photos. The people are great, special mention to Sang, who is really nice , proposing things to do and taking care of all your needs. I highly recommend Square Villa!

Recommend!
We slept there for 2 nights and had a really pleasant time at this hotel. Very nice and helpful personnel which were always available for any help and need. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel were also near the old town(around 2 min walk) which was very convenient. Overall, super satisfied with this hotel!

Clean room, great location , great breakfast and excellent hospitality! Thank you Hoa, Huong, Sang for great service! Special thanks to Sang. I asked her to recommend me a place to buy lychee. She arranged and personally went to collect and send to hotel on her Off day! And that was 5kg of lychee. I really appreciate that! Definitely Square Villa!

Staff and owner was fantastic, very helpful with local knowledge. Great location, walkable to all dinning and shopping. Room was exactly like in the pictures, very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. Perfect for our family of 4.

This little boutique hotel has everything we needed while vacationing in Hoi An. Owned and operated by a small family, we enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was a combination of either western or local vietnamese cuisine. Their banh mi is better than many other restaurants or street stalls. The staff is always helpful in booking/reserving transportation for us, answering our questions regarding site seeing excursions.

This a quaint hotel 5 minutes from the ancient town and night market. The staff was outstanding, accommodating and always checking on us to see if we needed anything. They helped us book motorbikes for our incredible journey to the Hai Van Pass and the Baha hills. They arranged or cab/shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is close to everything and walkable. Hoi An was our favourite part of our 3 week journey through Vietnam.

Amenities are way more than adequate as though they are slated for a 4.5 star resort… notably for room spaciousness, cleanliness and near new equipment provided, e.g. TV, fridge, curtains, lighting, AC, bathroom top rated features and hot water provisioning and super accommodating staff… and (free) bike availability

Square Villa was by far the best boutique hotel we stayed at on our tour of Vietnam. Don't let the affordable price fool you, this hotel exceeded our expectations completely. The location is perfect - 5 minute walk to Old Town. The room was ideal - big, firm bed, comfy pillows, great bathroom and shower, fridge, ice cold air con - everything a traveller needs after a big day of exploring. The only minor downside was there is no elevator, but given they assist you carrying your luggage up and down the stairs, it wasn't much of an issue. The host (I never caught her name) was the most hospitable person we have come across. Breakfast every day was more than enough, and you get to select either western or local dishes the night before for the following mornings breakfast (I recommend the Hoi An bread (bahn mi, made locally), banana pancake and omelette) as well as traditional Vietnamese coffee. In fact, if you ever wanted some ideas on what to do, the host can recommend sights, book them for you, as well as suggest dining locations that aren't frequented by tourists but definitely provide the best local cuisine for an incredibly affordable price. Organising airport transfers was excellent too. If you are struggling to choose a place to stay in Hoi An given there are so many options, look no further (we were in your shoes too), this hotel won't let you down.

The room was clean and bright and located close enough to the main part of town to make for a very easy walk, but far enough away as to be very quiet at night. The AC is frigid, which is what you want in this part of the world! The staff were wonderful, and helped me make travel arrangements to my next stop and took care of all tour arrangements. They have a fleet of bicycles avaiable for free for guests to use. I will most definitely stay in this hotel again the next time I'm in Hoi An. Outstanding!

This hotel is beautiful. Boutique style very modern & super clean. On the edge of old town close to everything Hoi An has to offer. Free bikes were fantastic. Owner super friendly & helpful. Rooms are lovely. I would highly recommend- Amazing hotel is great location

An amazing stay
We had an outstanding stay at Square Villa. It was easily one of our favourite accommodations during our trip to Vietnam. The owner was incredibly kind. After helping us with a very easy check-in on arrival, she congratulated us on our anniversary (which we noted we were celebrating in our reservation) and threw in a free breakfast for us. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated to give a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The location itself is also very close to Hoi An Ancient Town. On our second night, the owner gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room (not sure why...perhaps it was empty?). This room was lovely as well, and we felt very appreciative. Overall, we loved our stay at Square Villa and would stay there again without a doubt!

everything was perfect! the owner is so welcoming and helpful . arriving early we didn’t know if we could check in however promptly did so and upgraded us to a bigger room! (even showing us the rooms first to decide if we wanted the upgrade) the room itself was high quality, immaculate in cleanliness, styling and also suitable for taller aussie’s 170cm especially in the shower!! so no crouching down! the tv in the room was huge! and the air conditioner was high quality being electrolux (so no water drips or issues) location is such a short walk, and situated on a quite street, and you can borrow one of their bicycles to enjoy riding around; these were also in great condition. we opted for the breakfast, in which you select 2 foods and 2 drinks per person… between two of us , it was like a buffet and delicious!

This is such a perfect hotel that I found on Expedia. The room is just impeccable is term if cleanliness, and the room design and color is very artistically decorated. The bed is comfortable and the linen are cleaned! The location is perfect. I would definitely come back to this hotel on my next visit to Hoi An👍👍

Goede lokatie en mooie grote schone kamer. Het hotel heeft fietsen die je kan gebruiken. Super aardige gastvrouwen!

The property is new and beautiful. The interior and furniture were new and vibrant. The manager/Owner helped me with everything from tours to transportation and tickets to shows. I felt like family and would recommend this place highly.

宿泊費が安い分、バスタブはないですが、シャワーブースは広めです。 また、エレベーターがないので、重たいトランクを階段で持っていかないといけません（フロントスタッフが運ぶというのですが、華奢な女性なので自分で運びました）。 それ以外は何も不満点はなく、とても居心地の良いホテルでした。全体的に整理されていて、部屋もきれいです。 最大の好印象点は、とにかくホテルスタッフ（特にフロントの女性Vanさん）が、いつもニコニコ明るくて、とても親切です。ホイアンメモリーのチケットも手配して頂きました。またホイアンに行く機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。

This is the best hotel stay in whole Vietnam I am not kidding. The ladies are amazing from the check in to housekeeping and the chef. When we arrived we were greeted by a smiley friendly receptionist who swiftly checked us in and took to our room. The room was beautiful, very clean, crisp white linen and a spotless shiny bathroom. The room has great facilities, kettle, iron and ironing board, safe, umbrella and complementary daily water. I really appreciated that the bathroom has refillable shampoo and shower gel bottles, to reduce the plastic waste and pollution. The breakfast was delicious, you can choose 2 dishes from the menu for example eggs and bread with butter and pancake, also you get fresh fruit and 2 drinks of your choice, juice and coffee (SHOCK CONTENT coffee was real and had crema, its rate for Vietnam ;))). I would strongly recommend trying passion fruit juice, it was absolutely amazing. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel offers free bicycle hire, we just took the bikes and went around town, it was easy and safe. The hotel is well located and only 10 minute walk to the main streets and river. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, the staff and the owner are gems, so friendly, sincere and polite. I would not hesitate to book there again and stay longer next time. Thank you

Amazing hotel and staff. Everybody was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Location is on a quieter street within walking distance of old quarter.

Excellent Location & Service
This hotel is conveniently located near the Ancient Town as well as the Night Market. The room is clean & nice. The breakfast was a great variety and was cooked to order (not buffet type), and so delicious & generous. We were nicely greeted by the hotel owner Hoa when we arrived. The hotel manager, Van, went beyond any expectations to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She is like a superwoman doing many things for us from preparing breakfast, booking activities and tickets to shows, arranging transports from/to Da Nang, etc. The hotel also provides free bicycle loan to hotel guests.

Clean, modern mini hotel with superb staff support and close to the old city center. Huong and Van , the hotel service staff, were eager to help. Breakfast was excellent with many good dishes. Thank you for a great vacation.

Great place to stay in Hoi an

Location is good, by walk only 5mins to get the old town, quiet place, staff speaks good english, they are helping us to book car to fo to Danang and Theme park with very good price :)
