Great hotel in the heart of Danang. Right by a walking street, plenty of restaurants, and a short stroll to the beach. Room was large and comfortable and the staff were great. Used them to book tickets for Bana hills which was super easy

Very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned well and facilities in the room were good. Very close to the beach and the variety of bars and restaurants in the area were good. There is a good roof top bar in the hotel with a small pool and the staff there were really good. I enjoyed my stay here.

It's right next to the beach which is really nice. The staff of the hotel are some of the most pleasant and professional that I have encountered. This is our second time staying in this hotel for more than 3 weeks and we have never failed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Enjoyable three nights on the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast a bit strange(Spag Bol and Chicken Curry). Room nice and clean. Overall I would definitely and probably will stay here again

This property is nothing short of a 5-star hotel. Well-located, artfully decorated with all the amenities and the icing on the cake is the staff! most helpful with everything including renting a bike, transfers (though Grab is good enough for transportation needs)

Had a great time all staff class big shout out to Tyson he was great made us feel welcome as they all did would definitely stay again .very close to the amazing beach, lots of restaurants to pick , very nice area and's all the staff in the spa were great too best massage I’ve ever had and I have had a lot.

Every single staff members were all amazing especially Chris & the gentleman at the breakfast area. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the beach as well as lots of restaurant options in the area. The bed is very comfortable. The room is very clean & spacious. The spa was also amazing. Great property. Everything was great. Friendly staff, good location, hot water, clean room, AC works, and rooftop was cool. I had booked just one night and had cancelled nha Trang and decided stay another night in da nang but they were out of rooms. I stayed at another hotel nearby that had great reviews but sofiana was much better

The staff were the best part of the hotel from Tyson at breakfast with tips & hints, Chris overall with help in many areas & finally Nam who was very considerate the day of arrival after a bad day travelling to the hotel. Noise was bit of an issue but Chris was understanding & considerate resolving the problem.

The staff is what makes this property. The service is amazing. They booked my tours for me and recommended places to eat. They also communicated with all my drivers and ensured that we get to where we needed to go. Tony went above and beyond and he truly made our stay outstanding. We were a bit early for check in so we took advantage of the spa services. The massages were great! I recommend you stay here if you want a more personable service.
