Dear Sir/Madam Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We sincerely apology for out of control the noise and loud at swimming pool. Due to hot weather so the guests maybe so over-excited and make the noise. Concerning about the language barrier We are also planning to train for our new comer to short gap the language barrier issue. Hotel has 7 times shuttle bus to take guest go Hoi An and back per day. We also have free bicycle for guest. We will consider about this and increase to match with guests' enquirery.
