Place is a bit far from everything surrounding by allot of abandoned buildings due to covid or funding. The staff is great, rooms are 7/10 and food is good..

Fantastic hotel in Cocobay!

We booked to stay for two nights and decided to stay one more night as service was excellent, and the food and drinks were good. I couldn't get a Grab cab (I didn't have a Vietnamese number) so the hotel staff was nice enough to order me a Grab from their phone. Buffet breakfast selection is fab! Manager Linh did his best to make us feel welcomed and was very friendly and super helpful when our cab was late.

先ずは清潔だった事。 エントランスから床がピッカピカに磨き上げられていた、印象が良かったです。 常にスタッフが細部まで清掃している姿を見ました。 フロントもとてもフレンドリーで、閑散期だった事もあるのか丁寧に対応してもらえました。 初日目は出発が早く、6:30の朝食は不要と話したら、boxに入れて準備してくれました。 プールの水も綺麗でしたし、一番心配していた衛生面では全く問題なく思いました。 滞在中に電気が消える現象に陥りましたが、翌日の外出中には改善されていました。 両替の手数料は高いですが、土日のどーしてもって時には凄く助かりました。 市街地から遠く、何処に行くにもgrabを利用しましたが、近くで待機しているようで、いつ呼んでもすぐきました。 リサーチ通り周りは廃墟で囲まれています。 それが気にならなければ、静かで空気も良く、少し不便でもここに決めて良かったと思いました。 朝食も毎日同じではありますが、好みのパンやフォーが美味しくて、毎日飽きずに同じ物を頂きました。パンの種類は毎日少しは変わります。 コーヒーにはちゃんと練乳も添えられています。 頼めば卵も焼いてもらえます。 お粥やシリアル、ヨーグルト、果物、スープ等、種類は少なくても一通りある様でした。 部屋のアメニティーは一通り揃っていたと思います。 ゴミ箱はトイレにしか無かったので、自分でビニールを自持して良かったと思いました。 コーヒー、緑茶の備えは有りました。 水も毎日減った分のペットボトルの補充が有りました。 プール横で頂いたサンドイッチと特にバーガーが美味しかったです。 また泊まったら食べたいです。

Hotelli oli sulkemassa ovensa eikä hotellissa ollut mitään palveluja käytössä. Oli kuin olisimme olleet ainoat asiakkaat koko hotellissa ja mitkään palvelut eivät olleet käytössämme. Hotelli sijaitsi muutenkin alueella jossa kaikki muut hotellit (joita oli kymmeniä) olivat lopettaneet ja olimme koin kuolleessa kaupungissa. Sitten meidät siirrettiin kesken loman kadun toisella puolella olevaan hotelliin jossa oli kyllä sitten kaikki palvelut kohdillaan. Siitä suuri kiitos kyseiselle hotellille.

This is a new property and the staff treat you like a king. The restaurant food is tremendous. I would consider this a resort not a hotel.

This property is gorgeous inside and out. Lavish bedding, spacious, cool artwork throughout and a nice outside pool area with lounge chairs and a playground. There were great amenities too like cookies and tea/coffee all day, a huge breakfast buffet, and a fully loaded gym. The staff are so helpful and courteous and they’ll drive you to and from beach staff at no cost. The area surrounding the hotel still seems to be on development as far as restaurants and shops and it’s a longish drive from Da Nang’s city center but we didn’t mind being sheltered from the noise and busy streets. We loved our stay!

新的飯店，寬敞美麗

我們入住的是海景房，我們在這間飯店住2晚。雖然飯店離市區有點距離(車程約20-30分鐘)，但飯店房間清潔舒適，窗外景色相當美麗。因為是新飯店，所以房間內設備都相當新穎。服務人員均相當熱情友善，早餐樣式雖不算多，但對我們而言，已經足夠。
