I can't speak highly enough of the staff here who have gone above and beyond to ensure my stay has been seamless and worry-free. The room was super comfort and tidy, it has all the amenities that suits for my needs. I’m truly blown away by my experience here and recommend anyone traveling to Da Nang to give them a try! Truly inspiring customer service!

Very basic rooms. Dated decor and definitely could do with some maintenance e.g. painting walls. If you have a Room on the Western side hot days, the wall heats up and the air condition struggles to keep the room cool. No TV staff blamed a recent storm but I doubted their excuse. Overall property is clean with comfortable beds and you get what you pay for.

Very nice staff, let us check in early. Room was unfortunately not the best. Strange unpleasant smell which went away with the aircon on. Bathroom was quite small, the shower head wasn't mounted to anything as the mount was broken off and in a rusty basket attached to the wall. Sheets and pillow case were stained. Maybe it was just our room as there were many positive reviews that let us to book with this hotel.
