We were upgraded on arrival which was a bonus. The breakfast is varied and one needs to be reminded that we are in Vietnam. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant staff are excellent. Nothing appears to be too much trouble. Room was upgraded and cleaned and serviced everyday. It is possible to see the sea from the bedroom window but the best spot is from the infinity pool on the roof.

Very nice place, great location!

The hotel is very nice, the outside of it is questionable at times but the area is very good and overall the stay was clean and comfortable. For this price its an absolute hidden gem, very close to the beach and the rooftop infinity pool has a wicked view! The service and hospitality could have been better at times, but was still good and deserves credit. I would recommend this hotel forsure!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perhaps they could rotate the breakfast menu a little more. Excellent location with everything at your fingertips. The building soundproofing is not great for street noise at night. All in all great value for money.

The accommodation was smaller than expected and had no windows. The swimming pool at the top was also small, so I didn't use it. However, the location was good and the breakfast was varied and delicious.

Good location, but....

Rooms are nice and clean. Pool area ok. No bar and restaurant only serves breakfast. Rooms on 11th floor noisy due to beneath the restaurant but got sea view. No space to hang towels in bathroom!! The restaurant staff smoking and play loud in the emergency staircase with door open. Breakfast buffet: egg, rice soup, pho and a few asian vegetarian dishes. Quality management missing. My door not locked after cleaning. Staff came asking for their access cards. Mixed up between rooms regarding payment. Overall its an ok stay for the costs.

Due to an urgent facility problem in the hotel, I had to switch room in the middle of the night. The new room was not as convenient as the old. No compensation from hotel. Only one reception staff apologised in morning. Ms Vi in breakfast was the best employee and is the reason for a 4 star review

Don’t be fooled about the name of this hotel, yes it probably was luxurious about 15 years ago , however this place needs a revamp urgently. Room was value for money, cheap and so was the room. Breakfast was basic. The staff were friendly and helpful, however I believe the management needs to have a good look at spending some money on this property or change the name !! Comfortable stay

The hotel is modern, cozy, and clean. It’s a few short blocks away from the beach with plenty of places to eat. There’s laundry nearby and a convenient store next to the hotel. The hotel offers excursion options as well. The hotel’s free breakfast is excellent. Wi-Fi is great. The staff are helpful. Although, I’d like to point out some isolated situations. It seems like the hotel only has 1 iron. Upon request, they told me that a hotel guest was using it. So, I asked again the NEXT day, a make receptionist on the AM shift informed me they don’t have an iron and that I have to pay a fee for such service. I mentioned to him; I was informed that the said iron was being used by a customer, which he reiterated they don’t have one. Later, I asked another receptionist, and they brought the iron to my room. Another incident, on a Sunday evening. There was a male receptionist behind the counter by himself. His head was buried in his cellphone and didn’t even look up to see who was approaching the door or counter (the lobby was small)- It's not a big deal, I still consider the overall stay excellent.

Everything at the hotel was great. HOWEVER, as you walk out the front door of the hotel and turn left, there is a small coffee shop about 3 doors down. They have a couple of washers and dryers and do laundry there. I gave them our dirty clothes and then returned the next day to pick them up. Strangely, our underwear, socks, t-shirts, and shorts were there and fine, while our nicest clothes - a polo golf shirt, three new dresses, and a new blouse - were all missing. Ten minutes after I picked up the clothes (and discovered the problem) I returned to the shop and asked what had happened. Over the course of the next 3 hours prior to our bus leaving for the round of our trip, their story about what had happened changed 3 times. In the end, they said it was a mystery, and had no idea what happened, and in fact seemed suspicious about our claims - until we really pressed them on the matter. Not even a refund was offered, much less reimbursement for the lost clothes, and really only a half hearted apology was given. Stay away from that place!!!! Again - I want to reiterate - it was not the hotel's fault.
