We find that we have a lot of happy customers come through our doors every day but that the happy customers are far more unlikely to write a review than the more critical customers. We get most of our business here at the Back Home Hostel through word of mouth from happy customers bouncing around the backpacker trail through SE Asia telling one another about us. We constantly working towards further improvements in our operations and facilities. We pride ourselves on aiming to provide a comfortable, relaxed and informative atmosphere for travelers that like a social vibe and are limited to a tight budget.
