Thank you so much for spending your valuable time to share your comments on social network about our hotel which could have a great contribution to improve our service quality. Firstly, about the little flies in your room: In front of our hotel is the river and the paddy fields in the back so it is obviously that there are many kind of innocuous little ephemera in the atmosphere. I think that the little ones may be come into your room when you open the door. Secondly, about the tour. You booked the Da Nang by night tour with our staff at about 7:00 pm in 24th December and then you went out until midnight. And I believe our staff already explained clearly to you that the tour was cancelled because the agent cannot hold the tour with only one guest. We did not know until they confirmed us that problem after you went out the hotel. Thank for your comments, we will discuss this problem with the agent and find the best way to deal with the same situation in the future. Lastly, about our staff. Actually, we have a report which show all what our staff communicate with the guest as well as the guest satisfaction during their stay at our hotel. According to the report, I easily see that our staff tried their best to introduce to you all the helpful information about the My Son Holly land and Ba Na hills as same as check your feelings until the day you checked out. I think it is unfair for our staff when you said that they just interested in the trip advisor review than help with advice for the guest.
