Not really clean
Hotel is in a new district. The hotel is not old. But in my room, wall were dirty, found trashes from previous guest, a small piece of paper on the floor, hair in bed and pillows, a lot of dust on the fan. I asked the hotel for a motorbike rental, they called a company, the motorbike was really good, automotatic, enough powerfull for 150 000 vnd per day.

Loooooud
Very loud hotel from 5 am ( from inside the hotel corridors ), with many smells coming out of the top window that it was not possible to close. I am talking about cigarrete or durian smell

Very noisy and smelly hotel
Hotel quiet new but bed was so hard. Bathroom was poor, no shower cabin it curtain, everything got wet after showering. Room no window. Very dark. Very noisy in the morning. Very smelly in the morning due to hotel cooking. Only service of hotel personnel was ok.
