You get what you pay for - happy!

A good stay, fairly comfortable room with a good hot shower. Various degrees of English spoken by members of staff. Breakfast good but a little repetitive as we stayed for six nights.

Great place to stay in Dalat!!

My Dream Hotel is a great place to stay in Dalat. The rooms were spacious and the Host, Ha, is gracious. The breakfast is really good, served daily with a delicious homemade jam that will make you look forward to getting out of bed for breakfast every morning. The staff is awesome and accommodating. The owner (Ha) and her dog will melt your heart. The hotel is in a great location with a lot of nice restaurants in the area. Great Value!! Try the Banh Duc from the cart next door!!

Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants. Les chambres sont assez propres, pas de soucis à ce niveau là. Par contre il y a du simple vitrage dans les chambres et le bruit peut être infernal avec la route à côté. C'est le seul problème.

호텔 가장 고층에 머물렀는데 4백 몇호였는데 실제로는 6층이어서 올라갈 때 고생 좀 했습니다. 호텔은 나쁘지 않은데 화장실 문고리가 없었고, 직원 분은 친절했습니다. 맛집 같은 거 물어보면 잘 알려주시더라구요. 가격 대비 괜찮았어요!

Ok hotel for et par nætter

Vi boede på My Dream i to nætter, og det car fint for et par nætter. Hotellet ligger ud til en stor, meget trafikeret, vej, hvilket også er baggrund for støj på værelset. Vi sov ikke så godt de to nætter pga. larm. Renligheden var okay, og sengen var fin. Alt i alt fint for et par nætter, hvis det ikke skal være fint og fornemt.

시설이 안 좋다는 평을 봐서 가기전에 엄청 걱정했는데 전혀 그렇지 않았어요. 진짜 달랏 가시는 분들 꼭 마이 드림 가세요!! 방도 넓고 조식은 진짜진짜 맛있어요. 무엇보다도 사장님이랑 직원분이 너무 좋아요. 저희가 투어하다가 회사 과실로 폰을 도둑 맞고 말이 잘 안통해서 회사 사람들을 데리고 무작정 호텔로 찾아갔는데 사장님이 귀찮은 내색없이 중간에서 계속 통역해주시고 막막해하는 저희 엄청 달래주셨어요. 그리고 거기 남자 직원도 우리 정신없어서 밥 못먹었을거 같다고 그 밤에 요깃거리도 사다주시고ㅜㅜ 친구랑 이 숙소 때문에라도 꼭 다시 달랏은 한번 더 가기로 했어요. 시설은 비싼 호텔에 비해 좀 부족하지만 서비스 하나는 특급호텔 못지않아요 추천합니다!!

Very very basic hotel

Rooms were noisy and very outdated. Sheets on the bed looked dirty (black spots on it). When mentioning this, we heard it was because of drying. Very simple breakfast included (bread with 2 fried eggs). Owner of the hotel is nice.

Great location helpful staff

The price is very reasonable and the staff friendly and helpful. You can arrange and pay for day tours and transportation at the hotel. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see in minutes. The front rooms are bright but noisy. The back rooms are quiet but darker. The staff was happy to change our room. Good breakfast.

The staffs and the owner were friendly, however the facilities is old as has been used for a years. The cabinet are with molds and bad smell, no TV and hair dryer at the moment of staying. Spending there 2 nights and its noisily in the mighnight with some boys raced Motobikes in the night. Not sleeping well. In overall, it's worth with itself fee and the important thing was relaxed outside with fresh air almost of the time in DA LAT

I booked a double room for 5 nights via Cheap Tickets. Upon arrival, they said that they were overbooked so they had to put us in their sister hotel, which was in a small narrow street and far from the city centre. To make it worse, the room that they put me in had only a bed. Nothing else! My booking came with free breakfast but they said we wouldn't get any breakfast because we didn't pay enough. Really? Then why advertise free breakfast? We paid what they asked on Cheap Tickets website. Not sure what they meant by not paying enough. They wanted me to stay at their sister hotel for 2 nights, but couldn't warranty a room at their hotel after that. I decided to call Cheap Tickets asking for a refund so that I could go to a different hotel. When Cheap Tickets called them, they said that there was a room for us so they wouldn't refund. However, when we called them back, all we got was abuse from the owner. She claimed that she had to no idea who Cheap Tickets was, she didn't want to work with them. Strange! We gave up and stayed at the sister hotel for 2 nights. When we moved to their hotel, the room was mouldy and dirty. We asked to move to a different room. The owner threw another storm of abuse to us, especially because we paid a lower price via Cheap Tickets. Fortunately she was tired with her abuse and decided that she didn't want us at the hotel any more. She gave us a refund and kicked us out. We found much better and cheaper hotel for the rest of our stay.

The hotel was older with older furniture, simple room. The mattresses were kind of hard, but that seems typical. The woman owner was wonderful, spoke English well, and was very concerned that we were comfortable. She was helpful with advice. She made us a simple, but lovely breakfast. Location very good. I would stay here again.

Great stay

We were here just for a few nights whilst travelling Vietnam. The rooms are better than what you pay for and the service was brilliant. The owner helped us out with booking trips (much cheaper than a lot of the agents) and really made you feel welcome. She even let me use her mobile when my bank blocked my account. Breakfast was really nice for the price. Eggs bread fruit and some delicious homemade jam. With tea or coffee.

Ok for those on a budget, but rooms not great.

We can't fault the the family who own the hotel, they were so helpful with everything we needed and were always on hand with advice on the local area, where to eat etc. But the hotel is exactly what you would expect for the price, unfortunately rooms are very dated and smelt slightly damp and mouldy. Bed and sheets were clean but bed was quite hard. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee to go with it. We found a cockroach in our fridge which wasn't a very nice surprise :( the breakfast was lovely, fried eggs with fresh bread and jam. Overall for what we paid for three nights the hotel was ok, but we didn't want to spend more time in our room then we needed too. For anyone on a budget we'd recommend the hotel purely for the owners, location and the breakfast.

Great manager and location

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and professional and the location was perfect! The room was also very clean. The best part was the delicious breakfast they served every morning! The manager speaks English and is very helpful. It's an affordable place located in a very convenient part of town!

Empfehlenswertes Mittelklassehotel

Bei Ankunft meint man, dass das Hotel abseits liegt. Nach Blick auf den beim Check-In erhaltenen Stadtplan sieht man, dass es eine Abkürzung ins Zentrum gibt. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In Hotelnähe gibt es keine Reiseagenturen, so dass man am besten die Ausflüge im Hotel gleich bei der Chefin bucht. Sie hat mir auch ein Restaurant fast gegenüber empfohlen, dass von einheimischen Touristen stark besucht war. Leckeres Essen zu günstigen Preisen und dazu eine sehr freundliche Bedienung. Bei der Buchung habe ich um ein ruhiges Zimmer (also nicht zur Straße hin) gebeten und es auch erhalten. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr geräumig und bequem. Wie man diesem Preis dann noch ein so ausgiebiges Frühstück servieren kann, überrascht sehr angenehm. Ich war während der vietnamesischen Schulferien in dem Hotel, daher viele einheimische Familien, die nicht schon vor Mitternacht zu Bett gehen - sind ja schließlich Ferien. Ich habe zwei Tagesausflüge gebucht, die sich lohnten: Große Stadtrundfahrt und eine Fahrt aufs Land. Zu den Ausflügen wird man im Hotel abgeholt. Absolut empfehlenswertes Mittelklassehotel.

โรงแรมราคาถูกในดาลัด พนักงานน่ารักมาก เป็นกันเอง

เรามาถึงโรงแรมแต่เช้าและได้เข้าห้องพักในเวลา 8 โมงกว่าๆ มันเร็วมากสำหรับคนทำงานโรงแรมอย่างเราแล้ว ราคาที่พักถูกมากเมื่อเทียบกับการบริการทุกด้านที่เจ้าของโรงแรมเป็นคนเอาใจใส่ดูแลเองเกือบทั้งหมด เค้าดูเป็นกันเองและทำอาหารเช้าให้เราทานด้วยตัวเองด้วย ที่นี่มีเช่ารถและบริการนำเที่ยวเองด้วย เค้าจะแนะนำเราเป็นอย่างดี ใครชอบพักโรงแรมเล็กๆ ที่มีความเป็นกันเอง ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะอาดมากๆ แนะนำมาที่นี่เลยคะ
