The food really was excellent, outstanding. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety. Lunch at Deux Amants was delicious. The Peking Duck at Bao was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the food, such excellent value, better than some 5-star hotels in Hanoi!

The staff is exceptional in service, and so pleasant (special mention to Ngà, Nam, and Hưng. The restaurant offers great breakfast buffet and full-service meals. Staff is very polite. Breakfast was good. Each village control temperature for all the rooms in the building, no individual room control. I got the cold the first night because it was cold and no heater in the room. Room is far away from the main bulding, long walk to breakfast, was lucky not raining during the time we stayed there. The resort ground is beautifully.
