This Property is Great! Very easy to find on google map and easy to get to with a big parking lot for about 10 cars. Everything was nice and clean when we check in.

Sometimes felt like the mountains in Europe :-)

A fantastic place in a beautiful part of Vietnam. I could easily see this place being the same in the 40s and 50s and liked the fact that the old fireplaces had been made into features in the room instead of hidden. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and they have a moped rental service at the hotel for a very reasonable price.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful view, strange breakfast

Beautiful view and very clean. Staffs are very nice. During the week we must order breakfast in the evening before, we are a couple, we could order everything double except drink, or 1 coffee or 1 juice/water so we must share half coffee and half juice/water. During weekend is buffet at breakfast.

Nice Place but a 30 minute walk to town

Very nice property, new and very nice. The only issue we had was the outdoor light to our room was on and the doors are frosted so light came in all night. It was as if someone kept a light on but once we told them they turned it off the following evening.

This property is very good looking. The main issue for us was in the engineering and design. The property is built with materials that carry and enhance sound. We found it so loud we asked for a refund. Instead we were moved to a 3rd floor room by itself. Although quieter noise still traveled to the room. It was the loudest noisiest place we have ever stayed. The area it is located in is quite far from the central downtown area so Grab rides are not cheap.

チェックアウト前にシャワー浴びたら、なかなか熱いシャワーは出なかった。 たくさんの人が集中していたかもしれませんが。 それ以外は最高ですね。 建物の雰囲気、朝食ビュッフェ、どれを取っても。また来たいです。

예쁜 건물, 방, 좋은 공기, 맛있는 밥, 시내와 거리가 있음.

숙소는 깨끗하고 예뻤어요. 산 속에 있어서 좀 추워요. 그래도 조용하고 맑은 공기를 느낄 수 있었어요. 쌀쌀해서 첫날은 자기 힘들었어요. 이튿날 히터를 부탁해서 전기 히터 켜고 잤어요. 방에 냉장고가 없어서 음료나 먹을 거리를 넣어 놓을 수 없어요. 시장과 거리가 있어서 택시를 이용해서 오고가야 하는 불편함이 있지만 충분히 이쁜 호텔이라서 만족합니다. 방마다 꽃이름이 붙어 있어서 그에 맞게 꾸며진 듯 해요.

Nice appearance beautiful property good location, quiet area, but no elevator for suites, tub shower which was inconvenient and sloppy to utilize, King suite had long high curtains which were difficult to manage, no room safe or iron, super bright lights on patio which killed any nighttime ambience, air conditioning which actually was needed was subpar, sofa in room was old and dirty and needs replacement. Lobby bar never had an attendant. Breakfast was very good, room service prices very affordable, front reception staff was excellent as was restaurant manager.

Fine hotel. Poor location.

The hotel itself was fine and staff helpful, except that the WiFi in my ‘Chalet’was poor. There is a restaurant but really only used at breakfast. The problem with this hotel is its location. No facilities within walking distance. It is in the middle of nowhere and you need a taxi to visit town or even get to the nearest bar!

A little piece of paradise

We loved our stay in this quiet, charming hotel. A taxi ride into the city or to local attractions was quick, easy, and cheap, The only thing that was a bit frustrating was that we had incredibly loud neighbors, but management was very kind and did try to help us resolve this. The hotel is really beautifully decorated, with stunning views over the green hills of Dalat.

The hotel is marvelous. It was just built a year ago and maintained with care. The location is far from the center and you need to get a taxi or rent a motorbike to get to any place.

Located on top of a ridge overlooking two valleys, the setting, in a French style Chateau, newly built, was truly remarkable. The staff was ever so helpful, the rooms spacious and clean, with view balconies.

Nice hotel.but poor management. We request to have the room as shown in the photos which is Cloud room but they only let us stay for 1 night and sais that room was already booked by someon else, and got us moved to lower floor room since the staff made mistake. Never come back to this place no matter how nice the hotel is
