Stayed here for a week in the geranium backpackers shared room, which had two bathrooms in the room and
The staff are all very lovely even though they did not speak english we used google translate when needed. It's about a 30 minute walk down into town but a few little basic stores just on the main road. They have a resident dog who likes bark at anyone who enters the gate (very small got used to me after a few days) and a cat who gets picked on by the dog quite a bit (distress meows heard daily)
The downside is it's very cold they do not have heaters, you only get given one blanket and they are tiled rooms. The wifi was quite slow and some days didn't work (maybe due to wind issues or something) The kitchen had basic equipment but the fridge is in the front office making it a little awkward to use daily.
It was overall a quite good stay and good for the cost, again the staff were lovely and always gave me a smile.
