When i travel to Kraków, i always choose Puro hotel.The staff: Joasia, Weronika, are very helpful, and the housekeeping staff: Beata, keep the place very clean.Breakfast was varied and plenty of choice.The added bonus of hot drinks in the lobby,is a great idea.Thank you and see you soon.

Yes the room was spotless could not fault anything, even a dishwasher in the kitchen annexe and all necessary crockery and utensils. Staff were absolutely amazing went above and beyond to help you, nothing was a bother to make sure you had what you needed. Would most definitely recommend this aparthotel ...

The room was absolutely perfect. It had just been refurbished and all amenities were perfect. The cleaning staff were extremely diligent and kept the room spotless.
