"Staff was nice, parking was fine. Room was pretty gross. Rat pellets and dead bugs on the sheets under the comforter. Grout in shower was moldy. Room was musty and overall unpleasant. Price was low so I guess you get what you pay for."

"Beautiful Hotel on the campus of Ole Miss. Walkable to the entire campus. 1 mile drive to downtown Oxford. The Staff was very nice and helpful. I was there on a slow day and they upgraded me to a large 2 room suite. Easy parking."

"The hotel staff was pleasant, breakfast was okay. Not a lot to choose from, and seating was not adequate for the amount of people that were trying to dine for breakfast. Carpet in hallways were pretty old, and had a smell as you exited the elevator. Our room was average. The parking lot had potholes throughout and needs to be repaired. "
