A equipe do hotel foi muito solícita em nossa estadia, inclusive nos ajudando com dicas de passeios e locais para comer. O quarto estava limpo, tivemos problemas com o dispenser do shampoo que logo foi resolvido, a cama é bem confortável. Vale destacar a localização, que é muito boa mesmo.

Pontos positivos: estacionamento com manobrista, funcionários treinados e receptivos, limpeza dos quartos, café da manhã condizente com o padrão do hotel Ponto negativo: foi cobrada uma taxa sem aviso prévio de 50,00 porque uma das toalhas sujou de maquiagem. O hotel deveria disponibilizar lenços de papel no sanitário para evitar que isso ocorra. Achei estranho visto que me hospedei em vários hotéis no Brasil e no exterior e esse tipo de taxa nunca foi cobrada.

Fim de semana muito bom

Para um final de semana foi bom! Ficamos em duas pessoas no quarto 1004, achei pequeno. A persiana estava com uma peça quebrada o que trazia claro logo bem cedo ao quarto, a porta para a pequena sacada tb não trancava. Mas era limpo, um bom café da manhã e a localização ótima em um dos melhores bairros de Curitiba.
