Very good accommodation; the hotel has suffered a bit over time with some gaps in the windows and in need of a makeover. However, the pillows were good and the toiletries were good. The first room faced the avenue and was a bit noisy, but Manoel promptly moved me to the back floor. The restaurant prices were good and fair, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, even though it was paid.

We liked our recent stay, but walls are thin and you can clearly hear movement and people talking both inside and outside your room. It’s not terrible but loud enough to be noticeable, if you’re a light sleeper you might have issues falling or staying asleep for this reason. The room layout is also kind of awkward, there’s a door to the bathroom that pretty much blocks the corridor to the bed area when open. Rooms are quite small, but the location is great. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but I think next time we’re visiting Curitiba we will stay someplace else for the reasons above.

Fiquei 6 dias, poucas coisas mudam no café da manhã. Estava sem restaurante, não tinha almoço e jantar o que foi péssimo, pois precisava sair ou pedir Ifood, essa situação não foi avisada previamente. Bom Hotel, recomendo.

Piscina quente, cama e chuveiro muito bons. Faltaram toalhas no nosso quarto, deve ter sido uma situação pontual, mas se tem 4 pessoas no quarto tem de haver 4 toalhas, e só tinham 3. Solicitamos mais, e não tinha no hotel, nos trouxeram uma da piscina. O café da manhã podia ter mais opções sem glúten, mas de maneira geral era ok.

Recepção deixou a desejar

Foi ok. Estavam com o lobby em reforma, entendo que seja necessário. O hotel realmente precisa de uma atualização. Então é positivo. A localização é ótima. O café da manhã era bom. O que motiva a avaliação é que entramos em 4 pessoas no quarto e ele estava arrumado para duas. Solicitamos toalhas e arrumação do sofá cama para as crianças assim que chegamos. Não foi feito, nós viramos com 2 toalhas. Na saída para jantarmos fui à recepção e solicitei mais uma vez. Fui enfático que as crianças estariam cansadas no retorno. Ela me garantiu que seria feito. Claro que não foi. Quando fui questionar ela me disse que solicitou mas havia apenas uma funcionária de limpeza que estava sobrecarregado. Achei já de cara uma justificativa pífia e depois a funcionária da limpeza (que era muito gentil e solicita) me confirmou que nada foi avisado e se tivesse já teria arrumado há muito tempo. Enfim..

Bom mas pode ser melhor

Hotel muito bonito e bem mantido. Não dispõem de maleiros nem ninguém para auxiliar/acelerar retirada de malas do carro. Café da manhã bom mas pães novos só a cada 3 dias. Limpeza boa, mas poderia melhorar a reposição de amenidades sem que eu precise solicitar. No quarto existe uma menção de que um dia existiu café e chá para os hóspedes. No momento restaram apenas açúcar e adoçantes. O quarto tem algumas panelas, talheres e pratos, apesar de eu não ter precisado utilizar. Notei que o fogão por indução não funcionava. Num modo geral estive muito confortável no hotel. Voltaria sim.
