Giant room, pleasant staff and pretty decent breakfast. Expedia has this as a 4-star hotel but I don’t agree. Sheets and towels could be much better, as well as providing extra pillows rather than just one per bed. Bathroom had a bit of a smell but it was good as well.

When asking for more pillows we were told one pillow per person. When we mentioned that we were having guests the next day they told us we could only have guests for 30 minutes but they could use common areas in the hotel. ?????Breakfast was weak, but included in the price.

When I called them to arrange an early check-in someone picked up the phone, said sth in Portuguese and hung up on me. Then I tried to message them and the response was come here and I will be given a room if available, but nothing about charging extra. When I went there I was charged 0.5 day for getting into the room 4 hours earlier, something that doesn't cost the hotel anything. In this trip I have been to 4 different hotels and the flight hours were so that I had to check-in early in all of them and it was 9nly this hotel that tried to make money out of it without informing me earlier when I contacted them. if I knew about it, I would have canceled the booking. The common areas in the hotel are gloomy and dark. The suit itself was spacious with interesting design and furniture. The light colored sofa in the room had turned into something grayish from being dirty. The pool on the 15th floor is not a swimming pool. It is practically a large tub that you can seat in.

Muita coisa boa nessa estadia. Recomendo duas melhorias apenas: Tv muito pequena, com sintonia deficiente e um som muito ruim do aparelho. Outra coisa é que o sinal de wi-fi não se manteve estável. Existe a cortina blackout, porém as frestas laterais anulam um pouco esse efeito.

O quarto é espaçoso, tem uma antessala e o quarto com as camas. A limpeza estava boa. A equipe de funcionários muito educada. Entretanto, a TV praticamente não existe, é muito pequena e não pega nenhum canal com imagem boa. O café da manhã é muito fraco. O quarto do primeiro andar não tem vista, ou melhor, tem vista pra um telhado cheio de cigarros. Não parece um hotel 4 estrelas. A localização é razoável, tem mercado, padaria e farmácia perto mas não é um local bonito.
