"The location is wonderful and it was very quiet at night. However, there was a bright light close to the window and no black-out curtains, so too light in the room for my liking. For example, when I wanted to watch TV the remote batteries were on their last legs and, after turning on the TV, it did nothing else. I could not change channels or volume or even turn it off.
