You must stay here when in Cunnamulla.
Every now and then you come across a truly unique property and this is one. From the room furnishings, to the genuine country hospitality, to the good food. The room was beautifully furnished including a red velvet sofa chair. The bathrooms were modern, pristine with L’Occitane products.
The parking area was secured at night and I could charge my EV throughout my stay.
Pieta and Nik were wonderful hosts, so laid back that nothing was ever a problem.
What a surprise. This little hotel had the most fantastic garden where dinner was served around a huge fire pit. Candles on stands all around and a couple playing live music from 6 until 9. Great dinner, crisp white sheets on a very comfortable bed. Quiet rooms .Friendly owner operator.
Definitely recommend.
Booked 2 rooms for 1 adult in each but were given a “suite” which required us to share a bathroom. Clutter everywhere, overcrowded rooms with more than 6 beds, lousy bathroom with unusable shower rose, front office a mess, dining room untidy, need I say any more.
Nice bathroom reno, but overall disappointing. Bore water shower isn't fun. A simple clean up would make for a better experience. Maybe close the doors on the dirty unmade rooms?? Nice host, basic springclean would do wonders.
Spent 3 nights at The Club Boutique hotel.... rooms very clean; staff friendly and obliging... typical country hospitality. Will be a lovely place when refurbishments completely finished. Well done!

Clean and convenient small hotel for overnight
The hotel overall had the look of a slow renovation in progress. The checkin area was very untidy but the lady at the desk was very efficient and friendly.
Our room, while not spacious, was very clean and presented well. The attached bathroom had been nicely renovated. We were told that we had been upgraded to get the room with the bathroom. Not sure if it was the only one with ensuite.
School fete was on, and that was the reason given for meals not being available.
The room was good, but has no bedside table , the carpet didn't fit the room[too big], no local information or compendium in room, ensuite was large and newly done. The outside area is quite untidy but would look great once it is tidied up and all rubbish and old stuff taken away.
Great old building but still in a bit of disarray. Will be a lovely place to stay once finished.
From what I learnt from the locals the owner is trying to run this wonderful rustic hotel by herself. There is a bar & restaurant. I did not see anyone using it, except for one table of folks when I arrived after dark. I tried to heat my space with the recycle air/heater but no hot air ensured, (The space was roomy. My bedroom which led off the main hall & from my bedroom led to an outer room/area with a en-suite at the end), so I closed the dividing door to conserve warmth within the inner room which helped. TV & Fridge in bedroom.
It had been a wet day, the car park had puddles of water & muddy.
Shower had wonderful hot water no problems there.
The premises old but very interesting with historical paintings & photos. And delightfully quiet at night.
