Le personnel à l'accueil très agréable et serviable, m'a donné un bon conseil pour le restaurant le soir. Facile de se garer avec le grand parking, pas très rempli début octobre. Et le petit déjeuner était très bien, surtout pour le prix demandé. Je reviendrai sans hésiter si je repasse par Falkirk au retour. "

"Overall the stay was great. The bed was a little hard, but that's a personal preference. Had an issue with the refrigerator and tried to call to front desk for help, but no answer. I had to go down to the front desk to ask for help. The front desk person didn't seem too concerned even after I told her that I had leftovers that I didn't want to spoil. We had two people to come up and fix the refrigerator shortly after. They were helpful and kind, they offered to take my food downstairs to the...

"Staff always available. Really helpful and very kind all of them. Kitchen really good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The price is really good for all the service. If you know hotel Formule 1 in France, this is exactly one of them, but with people in the reception."
