"There was no hot water for our showers the next day, after our 1-night stay. The first of the 4 of us, stripped off and went to get in the shower but not one drop of hot water, even out of the tap for washing hands. What! That's what an overnight stay is for - a bed and shower, the next morning. Not impressed!"

And that was the total amount of conversation.

"The room was clean but VERY dated
Was closest room to Hume highway so very noisey.
The aircon worked but the batteries in remote were flat so had to purchase batteries from across the road .
The pool is best described as a pond, it was filthy with rotting leaf litter on the bottom, there was zero change we would swim in it
The Spa and Sauna are permanently closed much to our surprise.
We understand it’s a budget hotel but still a disappointing stay. "
