"I like the villa, very comfortable and close to alot of points of interest. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I just wished they had essentials like , shampoo, hair conditioner and hand soap as it is a hotel not a airbnb. Other than that it was a great stay."

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Night bartender, Jay, was awesome. Hotel is in a nice area, plenty of restaurants in walking distance."

"The all inclusive Amenity was a waste of money. They did not come to the room to replenish what was in the refrigerator rather you had to search for place on the property to do it yourself. The employee in the grocery store located on the property was extremely rude. Most of the staff in general were not helpful at all. The resort was extremely difficult to move around. Staff never come to clean my room no day what I stayed on the resort. I would not recommend this resort at all! My parents...
