Boas acomodações e bom serviço

O hotel não deixa a desejar em seus serviços. Boa estadia, funcionários preparados e corteses. O lado negativo é que a localização do hotel é muito comercial e, ao mesmo tempo, distante de farmácias, mercados e opções de serlf service, o que acaba desagradando para quem tem costume de resolver coisas andando pelo entorno.

Razoável. Check in ruim, pouca gentileza desde o atendimento por WhatsApp e ao chegar nos deram um quarto que não estava limpo, quando fui reclamar me deram outro quarto mas fez pouco caso da situação, como se fosse algo normal. Quartos sem acústica, você escuta pessoas do quarto ao lado e a privada com barulho altíssimo, no quarto não tinha instruções como o número da recepção ou quaisquer informações. O café é bom, colaboradores da cozinha são mais gentis que os recepcionistas.

Hotel com boa estrutura e bem localizado, o atendimento é excelente e o hotel me possibilitou fazer um check out tardio, sem cobrança adicional devido um atraso em função de uma reunião de trabalho. Já passei por situação semelhante em outros hoteis que não tiveram esse bom senso.
