"This is a wonderful place to stay! The staff is friendly, and the location is clean and cozy. One of the highlights is definitely the pool and jacuzzi; they're fantastic! The pool stays warm, making it really comfortable to relax in. Don't miss out on the delicious food at Amaranto restaurant, where the service is always warm and welcoming. Whether you're here for a quick getaway or a longer visit, it's a great choice. We can't wait to come back soon!"

"The hotel was really nice, clean and ideal for family with mobility issues. We def would stay again and again here. There were ramps, car pick up, drop offs that made it easy to get in and out of the property incl access to the restaurant and pool areas without the use of a lot of stairs. Our rooms on the 1st flr & 2nd was near the pool. The grounds were well maintained, manicured lawn and trees. The front desk staff, waiter staff, grounds, cleaning staff said greetings and accommodated our room needs. The porters are the winners here for service, they were gracious, helpful and social, greeting us esp at night upon return when property gates were closed. There was a great band playing at the hotel restaurant, but had to cut their set short due to rainstorm that flooded some areas, incredible crew was in motion to remove water from ceramic floors. The pools looked refreshing, saw others enjoying the pool all day long. The hotel was within a short distance of city attractions and events. The on site restaurant was lively, tv, music and bar with great customer service, the food was yummy. Our only two minor concerns were room sinks had faucet sprayers splashing water all over you when in use. The other is the room keycard easily becomes demagnetized if left near your wallet or cell phone, which the front staff stated could happen at check in, we didn’t believe it would be so easy to do, it happened for us twice, but front staff reprogrammed them courteously, no attitude."

"Exceptional staff, friendly, attentive and well trained. All the staff offer to make your stay as comfortable and pleasing as possible. The grounds are clean and well cared for. The hotel is well maintained, open and airy with some lovely design features in the rooms. The beds are amazing, I regret not asking where they were purchased. I was very impressed by the general professional service levels and the genuine care and attention of the facility taken by the hotel ownership. The terraced restaurant served great breakfasts. Mexican cuisine raised to a higher level. Excellent coffee, with well presented, clean tasty meals. I ate breakfast there everyday, something I don't usually do. I am returning."

"The staff is amazing! The staff really goes above and beyond! Very friendly, pleasing and attentive. You will feel at home. Our room had a bedroom, a living room and a terrace with the pool right outside our door. Great food at the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel! :)))"
