"The location is convenient to the Zocalo, but the immediate area isn't great. The hotel is closed up at night after 8pm for security reasons. Some other guests decided to party loudly around the common areas of the hotel in the middle of the night, and there was evidently no one on duty to quiet them down. I loved and hated this hotel."

"The gym equipment was outdated and some machines don't work. The hot water was not working on the shower also the bathroom in our room has a sewage smell. The restaurant have lower options of dishes to eat every day."
