"A fantastic nice surprise in the middle of nowhere to disconnect from the interconnected world!
The hosts were fantastic and very friendly. They're both journalists who have travelled all over the world and we were very luckily to get to talk about common places my partner and I had lived or traveled to.
Javier is a super chef with many stories to entertain and recommendations of what to do in the region and where to eat beyond Castilla if you're a foodie!
