"Staff was nice when we arrived. They kept our luggage before check-in and let us go to the pool before check-in. Then, we got our rooms. Dirty towels, no AC, no Wifi. It took some back & forth, but we got moved to another room with clean towels, some AC, and Wifi. So I guess it was alright!"
