"The pool was kinda green and had a bad smell, they have treadmill setting out. Shower curtain was stained. We had a crying baby right nextdoor to the conjoined door that cried all night along and a small kid. Adults jumping up and down above us all.night long. The staff was friendly but didnt seemed concerned cause we paid through Expedia. "

"Front desk guy was horrible. So unprofessional checking in. He was very argumentative on parking and wouldn’t check us in until we did what he said. He called us big and was very prejudiced in our appearance. Very terrible public skills. Needs to be trained in customer service!! "

"The front desk manager was extremely helpful and friendly he checked with me multiple times during my stay to make sure things were ok with everything, good location and dog friendly, room was clean and parking was in front of my door and the parking was well lite and secure, gas stations and food all around the property, breakfast had hot food and has what I needed."

"So hot in the room at night. Could not adjust temperature as would try and it would go right back to 72 degrees."

"Jacuzzi was broken water took forever to get warm and they wash towels every three days. Should’ve booked air b&b"
