"It was a bit noisy with a room on the first floor near the breakfast room, the elevator and ice machine. If you avoid that, it was a nice place to stay."

"Check in was quick. The front desk was extremely helpful when needed (for an extra towel). Hotel was very clean and well kept upon entering and in the rooms. Location was perfect for a very quick walk to Times Square, Hells Kitchen, and many other areas of interest. Coffee/cafe right outside of the entrance, as well.
Only issue was the elevator service. Mornings (checkout time) both days there were only two of four elevators in service...eventually leading to the14 floor hike down. "
