Carlton Hotel
Room had mould around windows and bathroom shower screen. Shower head not cleaned as very rusted. Toilet was very loose and grime around where it’s had previous silicon around it. Heavy dust on shelves as well as spider webs around windows. Hairs on bed. Not ours and got a hair in my breakfast pancakes. ...

Lovely spotless flat, even though we didnt spend a lot of time in it, it was perfect for our stay. Great communication with Catherine. Would definitely stay again.
