"The hotel was bad even by the standard of these budget hotels. The worst thing was that the reception was closed and I couldn’t check in after 10 pm even though they were happy to take my booking after 10 pm. Then a very grumpy lady came out to check me in. It wasn’t her fault, it’s the way the system ..."
