"We didn’t like the receptionist who refused to change our room from an upstairs room to a downstairs one when the booking confirmation came through by phone. She told me ‘bad luck’ that’s what you booked! She told me to go back to my ‘third party’ where I booked it and get them to do it. "Stayed one night here on the way north - very comfortable room - #1 - very quiet - off the main highway - pool looked nice but too cold to use it - room has been renovated very tastefully and heaps of power points thoughtfully placed with USB outlets - heaps of dining options nearby - staff very helpful and free parking right outside your room."
