"The room and common areas were clean, but more than that, the manager, Robin is a friendly, helpful, down to earth manager that keeps me going back. She will go out of her way to help a customer and with a smile. For example, this last stay, my ride was almost two hours past check out time. I Knew they were going to be super busy, so I couldn’t stay in the room late. She was able to clean my room last to give me as much time as she could while I waited for my ride. When I went to check out we chit chatted and I noticed that she greeted everyone coming and going in a meaningful way. On a different note, I worked in public housing for a long time and developed a phobia to bed bugs after dealing with them every day, so the first thing I do when I get into a hotel room is rip it apart and make sure there are no critters. (Don’t worry, I didn’t find a single speck of evidence that they had them). One thing I noticed was how much consideration they put into bed bug prevention with zippped bed bug covers on the mattresses, zipped covers on the pillows, and I noticed they even wash the shower curtain upon every check out! I’ve worked in a hotel…a nice and expensive one who never even considered prevention. Thank you, Robin and her team! We will keep coming back!"
