"We booked our stay at the Resort Ambiant (2 separate rooms); however when we got there to our surprise, the checking was done at a different location (Conac Ambiant) a smaller place at approximately 300 meters away. No explanation or compensation was provided and we were asked to contact Expedia since the booking was done through a third party. Although we specifically requested and pay for 2 twin beds, the room offered had a matrimonial bed. (Room was shared by 2 adult males ). The hotel...

"It was an okay place to stay, but there are better options in the city for the same price. I also gave them my laundry to wash, and it was returned a day later than promised and it was still wet."

"The place was too cramped and the air-conditioning was not worked and neither the phone in the room. I had to call from cellphone twice to get the receptionist respond to get assistance. It was quite disappointing."
