"Had a wonderful stay, the kitchen was amazing and the bed was very comfortable"

"Amazing staff and prompt responses to concerns. Our fridge was not cold and since they cannot fix it and unable to swap with another fridge, they offered a discount on our bill, and stored any perishables in their facility fridge."

"Always stay here and always love it... Best hidden gem in the city"

"Great hotel in great location with excellent staff. The only slightly disappointing element was breakfast: while it was in a nice location - Hydra Restaurant right next to the hotel - choice was somewhat limited for guests with a B&B package."

"Here are the top 5 reasons I loved this property! The staff ! I’ve never stayed anywhere where the staff were so friendly. The room was extremely comfortable from the shower, tub, bed, and view all great. The restaurant has great food and good coffee. The lounge has such a charismatic atmosphere just fantastic. The pool / hot tub and gym were all great !"

"Area of town was not ideal but we were there for an appointment."

"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The concierge was great as we had to store luggage both before we checked in and after we checked out. Very clean and the hotel is in a great location for access to downtown activities at BC Place and Rogers Centre."

"駅からも近く、周りには素敵なレストランやバーもたくさんありましたが、ホテルのバーとカフェがお気に入りでした。 ありがとうございました！"

"All the staff were great, the bed was heaven and the robes and slippers were great too. The pool was amazing. The staff ate extra courteous."

"Breakfast was a plus along with happy hour."

"Perfect if you wanted to stay in downtown but far away enough where you don’t hear the hustle and bustle of downtown but everything is still walkable! Highly recommend spending one night in and ordering room service!"
