"Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good"

"The hotel was nice enough, one elevator was broken and you could definitely tell the other one was on its last leg. It had broken tile and it was very slow and made weird noises. The room I stayed in smelled a little like cigarettes but it was very clean minus the cigarette smell. Very good breakfast and everything else was amazing though."

"Yes but it was broken busted, bugs can get in from outside. No the floor was filthy dirty not been mopped. Then when I wipe up water from tub the floor were very dirty. Turn my white socks very dirty., may not be able to even bleach them. Need weather stripping, and a lot of repair that were previously damaged, I took pictures of all so I not be blamed.... There's more I should have been charged for the stay at all .. should of had a free night... More but I'm tired didn't sleep at all ... They...

"Got a room with broken bathroom door which didn't get fixed until we left despite complaining about it twice. Not enough staff on duty during breakfast hours. Breakfast area doesn't get clean until the breakfast hours are done. So, if you are not the first one, you are likely to find crumbles all over the place. Overall property is good, and room size was good, just not well maintained."

"Rooms were clean and staff was nice. Our issue was we payed cash and our card was also charged. When I called to let them know I was informed they were already aware and the manager was reimbursing our card. That was Saturday. I have them through the holiday and still no money has been returned as of Wednesday night. I have tried calling hotel several times and I am not getting any answer or the line will be disconnected at times. Definitely will be aware next time we go through this area."

"Not only are the rooms consistently moldy, which will affect anyone’s help, especially if you have asthma… You may find the bathrooms, barely cleaned or mold and mildew around the tub and then if you need help, then you need to move to a different room you’ll be treated badly by people like RUBY and I even lost a full night stay after the night guy said I could move to a clean room and then Ruby said I could move and then she freaked out on me when I came back to move and was verbal and attacked...

"Our room had a poor smell to it and the sofa needed to be cleaned. Appears as if a prior guest had a pet with them. The pool was closed so that was a little disappointing. Overall, the stay was ok. I’m sure the small issues we had are easy corrections."

"The Wi-Fi wasn’t working the entire 3 days we were there. Our room keys kept deactivating so we couldn’t get in our room until we got news ones twice. We left the room for an entire day & our towels weren’t replaced, neither were our sheets. I had to request new clean towels twice."

"We didn't like anything about the room, it was an old property that was poorly upgraded, we had water damage above the shower, the the floors in the bathroom have yuk in the corners, the shower leaks in the floor. The beds are uncomfortable, they need more pillows, the free breakfast was cereal, the parking lot has pot holes it terribly needs repaving"

"The front desk staff has always been pleasant. Just hope the Owner doesn’t get confused if you pay for an upgrade like a late check-in. Very graph very uninviting. Not good for a solo traveler, and it is moldy and musky two out of three rooms in my experience with this hotel it’s true."
