"They accepted a booking clearly marked pet friendly and then we got suggested on arrival to leave pet in the vehicle. It’s not that nice, I’ve stayed their before without a pet and the sheer audacity of staff to even make a suggestion like it is ridiculous. Also; refund refused even though they accepted the booking. Terrible hotel, keep driving to anywhere else."

"Pool and jacuzzi were nice, although they closed too early for us. Especially since it’s no where near any guest rooms. Left a brand new hat in the change room and I was last one out as the pool/hot tub was closed. Called next day after checking out and no hat. Makes me wonder if they clean the change rooms, and if they do, staff there are either not thorough, or they are not honest."

"We chose this hotel because it was advertised as pet friendly, which was important for us. The staff were genuinely very sweet and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. That said, the room we were assigned was quite disappointing. It felt run down and didn’t seem very clean, to the point where I kept my shoes on the entire time. The shower itself worked, but the tub spout diverter (the part used to switch water from the showerhead to the bathtub faucet) didn’t function...

"Nothing really opened until 3pm, and hot tub was super small so we didn’t get to use it as there was a kids birthday party happening. Great facility, I think we were just there off season. Restaurant is incredible."

"Really appreciated how truly pet friendly this hotel is. Not only this, but the amenities were excellent - e-bikes available at no added cost, hot tub, sauna, and small (unfenced) dog area. Appreciated the friendliness of staff and the coffee available 24hrs in the lobby!"
