No wifi in the rooms. No dresser to put our clothes in we had to live out of our suitcase for 12 days. We had to ask for washcloths. We had over 2 hours from checkout to our pickup. They cut our bracelets off and we could not use the amenities for that time. Disappointed

Friendly staff, clean amenities, really great shows and activities in the resort ! Everything was very nice overall the only small issue I would mention is it took us so long to get checked in but everything else met our expectations!

Rosa, our butler was amazing, as was Jennifer the Supervisor at the Privilege check in. Steakhouse staff, Floyd, William and Chef Ariel were a pleasure and went above and beyond on our last night. Much appreciated.
